A Pepper Experience

Immerse yourself in the flavours of the east coast as you take part in preparing this traditional meal.

This experience is all about participation. You will be taught by a local chef how to prepare and cook each element of this meal. You can’t get more locally sourced than this: the crabs have been brought from the local lagoon and the curry leaves picked straight from the restaurant’s garden. After you have helped to prepare each element, take a seat and enjoy the feast. From the coconut sambol to the crab curry and gravy, your taste buds are in for a treat. Finish off with a delicious dessert prepared by the chef.

This experience can be tailored to suit all palettes and stars plenty of exotic spices, which participants can touch, taste and smell.
